I am providing wine, beer, lager and soft drinks for 100 people (mainly adults)

but how much should I buy? Really don't want to run out. Some people might bring their own eg spirits.

Wedding Reception Duration: I've put 5 hours, 7pm to Midnight

100 Guest: Ive put 50 light drinkers and 50 average drinkers

Serving Beer, Wine, Liquor

Drinks needed:

150 Bottles of Beer
30 Bottles of Wine (750ml)
8 Bottles of Liquor (1 Litre)

I would had about 4 Bottles of Champagne/Sparkling Wines for all the toasts and speeches.

Drink Aware, don't let friends drive drunk, enough things can go wrong at a Wedding you don't want to overdo it, and find out after coming back from honeymoon, that guests got arrested for DUI and/or ended up in the A&E.

Hi there,

Many suppliers can do a Sale or Return, so you can buy more than you think you need and if you have left overs take that back and get the refund on the unused drink.

For champagne you can get 4-5 glasses from one bottle, so if all guests are having an average Champagene Flute - you will need 20 Bottles, so buy 4 cases of 6 bottles and you should be ok, if you only want them to have ONE glass.

For stand up receptions you should allocate a HALF bottle opf bubble per person per hour.

So thats some what more.

Dont forget go for cava or proseccco and save on the budget.
